Riposto, Etna’s Harbor host this manifastation dedicated to pattys and Sicilian sausages. It is tradion to cook the patties on the grill wrapped in lemon leafes so they take a good arome. Other tipical prodouct is the sausage that here is a competition between local butchers. Each of they have owen recips for who make the better sausage.
