Seasoned bread festival in Zafferana Etnea

Bread is a product that we cannot miss in Sicily on a table set to eat. One of the uses is to enrich it with oil and black pepper to obtain what we call seasoned bread. In most cases, other products are added to the oil and pepper, such as dried tomatoes, provola, courgettes and whatever else the land can offer.
