The vines are located in the northern valley of Etna and have excellent sun exposure. Adequate temperature changes for the grapes to grow and increase their sugar content. A few kilometers from Taormina, here you can immerse yourself in a purely mountain environment. The productions of the winery range from red to rosé up to DOC sparkling wine. The vinification takes place for single vines placed in different areas.
