The company has its own vineyards on the north side of Etna near Passopisciaro not far from Taormina. They are in the Arcurìa, Feudo di Mezzo, Muganazzi, Santo Spirito and Barbabecchi districts all with excellent soil and optimal sun exposure. Their policy is to cultivate only native species such as Nerello Mascalese, Carricante and Catarratto with solely biological processes. Each district provides the same vine variety with a different aroma which is reflected in the wines. The company’s production is in red, white and rosé.
