The company was founded in 2005 in the hamlet of Solicchiata a few kilometers from Taormina. The slope is the northern one of the Etna Volcano. The vines fall within the Rampante and Zottorinoto districts with excellent exposure and excellent soil. The vines grown are only the native ones such as Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Catarratto. The newly built cellar is based on the philosophy of eco-sustainability and the mix between ancient and modern make it unique. Their wine production is in red, white and rosé. Each production includes two types of wines whose grapes come from different fiefdoms and are treated individually.
