The pride of this company, located in Rovitello, a small hamlet of Castiglione di Sicilia, is the ancient millstone. Restructured through a patient recovery process, this has given charm to the ancient place where the grapes were pressed. The merged vineyard is cultivated as a sapling with plants whose average age is 80 years and some even exceed 100 years. This combined with the minerality of the volcanic soil and the passion of the owners has meant that the productions are more than excellent. The DOC wines are red and white obtained as per the Etna Doc protocol. The place is on the SS120 which can be reached from Taormina in less than half an hour.
